Welcome to BiznexCloud, powered by AIOT UNITECH. By accessing or using our website, cloud platform, Accounting ERP software, or related services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Our Services

BiznexCloud provides cloud-based business management solutions, including Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, Inventory Management, CRM, Payroll, HR, Procurement, Banking, VAT & Tax Compliance, Financial Reporting, and other ERP modules. Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
  • All payments must be completed on or before the due date.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
  • Prices may change with prior notice for future billing cycles.

5. License & Permitted Use

BiznexCloud grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for their internal business operations during an active subscription.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the software without written permission from AIOT UNITECH.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all business data stored within BiznexCloud. We process and store your information only for delivering our services and maintaining platform security.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BiznexCloud for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Uploading malicious software or harmful code.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to any system.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Interfering with platform security or performance.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, infrastructure upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

9. Intellectual Property

BiznexCloud, its software, branding, documentation, user interface, source code, graphics, and related content remain the exclusive intellectual property of AIOT UNITECH and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Support & Updates

Active customers receive product updates, bug fixes, security improvements, and technical support according to their selected subscription or support agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOT UNITECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from the use or inability to use BiznexCloud.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or fail to meet payment obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms

AIOT UNITECH may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
